【化学测量学前沿讲座】Advancing Proteomics with DNA Probes

Abstract

We will discuss our recent work on engineering DNA probes to advance the performance and accessibility of spatial, single-cell, and single-molecule proteomics. Examples include scalable, high-plex sequential imaging methods using DNA barcoded probes and amplifiers, an in situ signal amplification method for enhancing the sensitivity of single-cell mass cytometry, and a separation-free immunoassay approaching single-molecule level sensitivity.
